Please note, if you wish to purchase multiple gift vouchers for different people, in one transaction, you must enter the name of the person for each voucher.
Note: If you do not enter the different names of the recipients, and you buy multiple vouchers of the same value in one transaction, the voucher total will combine as one. For example, if you purchase two $50 vouchers and both the recipient name and email address are the same for both vouchers, one $100 voucher will be sent, as opposed to two separate vouchers.
When will the Gift Voucher be delivered?
During the promotion, gift vouchers purchased during business hours, or up to 3pm on 24th December AEDT, will be sent via email within 3 hours of payment**. Purchases made outside of business hours will be received the next business day. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
* Save 10% promotion applies from 21st December 2009 to 3pm 24th December AEDT. Please note any gift voucher purchases made after 3pm 24th December 2009 AEDT do not fall in the promotional period. Additionally, due to public holidays, they will not be processed until 9am 29th December 2009 AEDT.
** Gift Vouchers are sent anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours after purchase within normal business hours. For purchases made outside of business hours, they will be received the next business day. Business hours are regarded as 9am – 5pm AEDT, and up to 3pm on 24th December AEDT. Therefore, if a gift voucher is purchased after 5pm AEDT we cannot guarantee same day delivery.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion starts Monday 21st December 2009 10PM AEDT.
- Promotion ends Thursday 24th December 2009 3PM AEDT.
- Gift Vouchers are sent anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours after purchase within normal business hours.
- Delivery times are based on Credit Card and PayPal transactions. Delivery times do not apply to Bpay transactions.
- Purchases made outside of business hours will be received the next business day. Business hours are regarded as 9am – 5pm AEDT, and up to 3pm on 24th December AEDT.
- Any gift voucher purchases made after 3pm 24th December 2009 AEDT do not fall in the promotional period. Additionally, due to public holidays, any gift voucher purchases made after 3pm 24th December 2009 AEDT will not be processed until 9am 29th December 2009 AEDT.
- Deals Direct reserves the right to decline purchase of gift vouchers at its discretion.
