John from WYNNUM WEST, QLD says, “John from Brisbane The manual is barely readable. It certainly could lead to improper use in the hands of an inexperienced person. On page 9 paragraph 2 quote“Be sure that you read all the instructions in this manual and watch the video for proper exercise instruction before beginning your program. I attempted to purchase the video. Their reply as I quote “Please note you will; only received what is advertised on the website for this item, this is why we sell the item much cheaper then it originally is as it doesn't come with the video”. They suggested I try to find it on Google. When I couldn’t, I requested the web site of the supplier. They replied. “Thanks for your email, unfortunately we can not provide manufacture details as this is held confidential.” I am happy with the product, customer response and delivery. However not happy with “Deals direct” lack of “Duty of Care” towards the well being of their customers, even when I offered to pay for the video.”

Michael from Newtown, NSW says, “Not very satisfied at all, overall the gym is quite strong, and it does clearly mention 100kg maximum weight capacity. Problem is the roller wheels didn't withstand my 75kg weight at all they simply shredded and fell apart after about 15min of use. I had replacement wheels sent to me which didn't last 20 min or so. Over all i have had the gym two weeks now and i have only used it twice due to waiting for spare parts. I would surely think again about this purchase, especially if you are a man over 70kg. Good Luck.”

Michael from Bathurst, NSW says, “Very good, sturdy piece of equipment at an exceptional price. However the manual supplied is of very poor quality. The pictures are very hazey and its hard to make out exatly what exercise is intended to be demonstrated. Which could contribute to improper use. I would have rated it 4.5 stars otherwise. Why they didn't spend a bit more money making a safe demonstration manual and adding it to the overall cost, I don't know. Delivered by TNT within 48 hours of purchase. Outstanding!”
