I have no connections with the mfr., but there are some issues for the complainers : 1. read the #$@! manual; 2. the manufacturer makes it clear that this product does NOT work for tetracycline stains; 3. to be fair, they did forget to mention a little plastic disk that protects the batteries in transit and must be removed to make this thing work; 4. it is possible that the supplied batteries are low, but CR2025 cells are EASY to buy (Dick Smith, Jaycar,most supermarket checkouts). I give this product a good rating.”

The few times I did manage to successed with it, I did notice a slight difference in my teeth. I should drag it out from its hiding place and have another go. Wonder if it would still be effective.”

I would suggest to use lots of gel as it tends to get diluted completely with saliva but there isn't that much gel to start with. Despite this there is some indication of results, I would suggest to re-apply the gel thrice during a one 30 minute session (3x10 minute sessions)-5 of these a week. I've only done one 30 minute session (even though it claims to show results in 10 minutes) and my teeth are slightly whiter but I'm sure to keep using it during this week to see more dramatic results. I don't think this a product that you can use reguarly to maintain white teeth as the gel looks to run out in a few applications but for special occasions, it's best to start the whitening process early on.”
