Can't find anyplace that will sell just the clip in top section. It should be made possible to purchase just the part that breaks down rather then the whole unit. Also more info is required on using the system. eg is it safe to use the unit everyday, every week, every month, twice a day etc.,”

0 “Ok I only got it today, unpacked put it together (quite easily) followed simple instructions and wolla! It feels Great!!!! I noticed some have said no warranty if you read DD's policy they provided 12 months warranty on electrical good and there after on a case by case basis so if you had trouble with a unit contact them its as simple as that...sometimes elect good just simply stop working for no valid reason but call DD up they are most helpful! (no i dont work there lol lol) Merry Xmas All”

They have both proven faulty with one being replaced within the warranty period and the second I am currently in contact with the manufacturer in the US. The idea is great with black gunk being removed from my body but I question the quality and servicing of the product.”
