Slowing down the suction seems to defeat the purpose. It runs so hot that it has partly melted the rear filter housing. I would not recommend this cleaner and wonder how it was ever worth $299. The $39.95 I paid is a more appropriate value. At that price I can not see the value in paying the return cost to get it fixed or replaced.the dust filter in the rear of the cleaner no longer fits either”

BUT the hepa filter needs to be cleaned or changed during or after vaccuming for the full suction effect as too the the built in mesh filter needs constant cleaning with a toothbrush (works good!). Basically it does a great job but you have to continuely keep cleaning the filters when you are using it to make sure it works 100%. I am happy with my purchase but I am still saving for my Dyson....”

Works well though (picks up a lot of dust), but it's a lot heavier to cart around than I was expecting (wheels don't glide very well). Tube gets clogged quickly, especially if any long hair lurking around.
Just received it today after 2 weeks waiting (busy Christmas period I guess). Anywho... used it straight away and seems ok. Although a little dodgy with suction going up and down on it's own during use. Guess the true rating comes after consistent proper use. Having said all that, the price is good for a vacuum cleaner as they're usually so expensive for what you're actually getting anyway.”

The 'telescopic' metal tube is *way* to short.... I'm 6'2" and have to really bend down to use the unit as the damn thing sucks so hard!!
And....... the wheels suck. If wheeling it around with the cord retracted, the prongs scrape on the floor. Not good for polished floors.
Other than that........ and excellent unit.”
