If you only use it for coffee,then never wash it. just use a small pasting brush (dry) to remove excess coffee stuck on sides. Machine will remain in good order and reduce the risk of deteriation in years to come”

It's been on the go for more than a year now, in constant daily use by a coffee-holic for both espresso and plunger methods and it keeps on doing just fine. (Have tried it for almonds and...well...cleaning out the gunge afterwards aint worth the effort!)”
