ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Sian Rees was born and briught up in Cornwall in a family of boatbuilders and designers. She has a degree in history from Oxford University and has combined her love of history with her love of the sea to write The Ship Thieves, her third book. She is also the author of The Shadows of Elisa Lynch and the bestselling The Floating Brothel.
