Smooth out rough lumber or reduce the thickness of a board with the Skillmeister Thickness Planer. Simple and easy to use, join the face and the edge of one side first, run it through the planer to get the right thickness, then simply rip it to width on a table saw. Run the board through the planer face down as many times as it takes to achieve the smooth surface on top, alternate removing material from a side of the board and then the other. This will produce a stable, smooth surface piece of lumber. Each plank of wood can be made exactly the same as the last, making it ideal for all those handyman projects!
