A 'Professional Factory Refurb' can be either the maintenance or repair of an item, either aesthetically or mechanically. Refurbished items may have small cosmetic flaws found during unit production in either the packaging, the exterior case of a unit or accessories. Outer carton packaging may have superficial damage.  These cosmetic flaws do not affect the performance of the unit.
