The deeper section underneath the trays is for large items such as blow-dryer and straightener.
The case can be divided into top and bottom cases. The 2 cases are secured with locks on the side. When you open the top case, 4 sliding trays can be pulled to the sides. The deeper section underneath the trays is for large items. The lower case includes 2 spacious compartments with dividers for the top compartment. The top compartment can be open from the side for easy access to the lower one. A cover is included for the bottom case when the two cases are separate.
