- If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products (excludes earrings, CDs, DVDs, computer games and console games). Please note store credit does not include delivery costs.
- If your item arrives damaged or “dead on arrival”, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
- If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.
