Good for the price

If you want an entry level reformer which won't cost you too much - this is a good way to go.

There are a few points worth mentioning though:
1. The roller bench sits a little higher than the foot plate. I find that this can be irritating for my knees with some exercises.
2. The elastic resistance bands do not have the same feel as the springs of a good quality (expensive!) reformer - the continuity of tension is different. Not a big problem but something to be aware of.
3. The roller bench is quite small - good for space saving, but I imagine it could be quite uncomfortable for larger people.

Overall, a good machine for the price (and I paid $149!) :)
