She is also a regular contributor to various Malaysian magazines such as Her World Cookbook, Flavoursand Jelita.
Norzailina is the author of several cookbooks on Asian and Malaysian cooking, including two from the Celebrity Chefs' Cookbooksseries, Sweet & Savoury Malay Kuihand Savouring Bread Dishes. She has also written a number of novels in Malay.
