How To Use:
-Prepare tea with porcelain or glass utensils only.
-Bring water to boil.
-Use one tea bag per cup.
-Pour boiling water over tea bag.
-Cover cup and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
-Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs.
-Drink one cup twice daily after meal.
-When taking this product, drink plenty of water.
