Tasting Notes:
Goodwyn Brut Cuvee NV: Pale gold in colour with a bouquet of fresh green apples. Lifted yeast and fruit characters are complimented by crisp acidity on a raft of bubbles.
Red Serpent Semillon Sauvignon Blanc: This premium Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has fragrant passionfruit and gooseberry aromas, a palate of tropical fruit with great length of flavour. Fish and Seafood dishes will compliment this wine
Regional Reserve Chardonnay 2008: A pale straw yellow, the Reserve Chardonnay is an elegant and fresh style with a delicious finish.
Rascals Prayer Shiraz 2008: A lovely bouquet of ripe plums with a hint of pepper. Sweet plum fruit is well integrated with
American oak. A true cool climate shiraz with good structure and a fi rm dry fi nish.
