We are also thankful for the person who suggested getting a mattress protector, as it does need one! We found the mattress firm and not soft. My concern being a larger person was that it would be too soft, but it is the opposite, it is firm and I can feel the mattress supporting ALL of my back. Cannot wait to see it it makes a difference to my health and constant back pain. ABSOLUTELY worth the money”

beddy from Forest Hill, VIC says, “Handle was broken on the box before it was delivered, wheels do not spin, product is very heavy so dont expect the wheels to help move it. mattress is not firm and not soft, but has a lot of padding, so it does feel like your sinking into it if you are used to a firm mattress. The first few nights i sleep on it i woke up in pain as it is too soft. After a week of bad sleep my body now is accustomed to it. Its not a bad sleep. For the price i didnt expect anything more. It is a very heavy product, alot of plastic packaging. Convienient if you are taking the mattress to an isolated area. I.e Holiday house, or cabin in the hills.”

And it didn't cost $1,200! Fabric is not woven so needs a matress protector, otherwise very comfy,well upholstered, supportive and multi-functional to suit ANY kind of base.
