Mark from VIC says, “We've had this AV Receiver for several months now and really love it. As the pictures suggest, it is quite slim, about the same height as a VCR player which makes it fit in with our other Home Theatre stuff really well. The Instruction manual is well put together, which is great for a 1st time AV owner, although setting up 5.1 speakers, manually or automatically was impossible, but 7.1 setup is a breeze. It remembers the DSP settings for each Source. Biggest annoyance is how easily the display panel become glare unreadable. Sound is good, HDMI works well, but note it is 1.1 not 1.3. Has so many settings that it can be daunting at first. Remote is hopeless with non-JVC, non-brand name items - we're now using a Harmony Remote. Highly recommended, especially at this price point.”
