Michelle from SECRET HARBOUR, WA says, “Found the straightner pulls out hair as it catches in the grooves between the ceramic plate and the plastic hand piece and also grabs hair with the little plastic closers. Plus it doesn't clamp together nice a smoothly, has a couple of mm gap at one end so it doesn't hold the hair firmly (it just slips straight out - made my hair more frizzy than straight). Overall I was pretty disapointed as my cheaper one does a much better job!!!”
