As it's not heavy (at all) I would suggest pegging it in,or sandbags to avoid it blowing over. The shelves are light, but are stonger than they look. Make sure the poles are all pushed into each other firmly when putting it together and that it's placed on a flat surface. I've bought this product before, & I'll buy another one.
