I study IT and you can imagine there is lots of time spent in front of the computer. I don't have anymore back pain like I used to and my concentration is better. If you spend alot of time in front of the computer, do yourself a favour and get one. You won't regret it. P.S. I have ditched my full office chair for this ball chair!”

I wouldn't call it comfy though - I actually get a really sore bottom after an hour or so. And because ball is held stationary in outer chair case, you can't roll around to relieve discomfort (best I can do is get up and go for a walk, which is good for me I guess). I got mine when on sale for $69.95 and free post, so am happy I did not pay that much for it.”

After using it in my home office for a week I ordered a second one for my office at work -- I loved it THAT much. Other people who have sat on it seem to be pretty evenly divided between those who love it and those who hate it. For me, it has been a truly worthwhile investment. (And yes, you will get a good cardio workout inflating the ball -- be prepared to top it up a few times over the first week or so.)”
