Fiona from Northern Territory says, “Pretty happy with this product so far. Huge box weighs 40 kilos so some people may need help moving it. The instructions could be better but all the pieces were included and it took me about an hour or so to put it together. The biggest problem I had with it was that the seat bolts don't line up with the holes so it only has 3 out of the 4 bolts holding the seat on now. It seems sturdy and has ajustable feet so you can get it level. Very quiet. I used it while talking on the phone and the person I was talking to couldn't even hear it. Very comfortable to sit on and there are no exposed parts so if my toddlers get near it they won't hurt themselves. Overall very happy - just hope it can stand up to daily use.”

Amanda from Beachmere, QLD says, “What a pain to put together.. total nightmare.. the bit the screw goes into was broken in 2 places (seat area). So not sure how long it will last. The front is wobbly, so when u have the tension set a bit higher it moves from side to side, but is more stable on top of a rug... all in all it works. Thats about it!”

David from Mansfield, QLD says, “This product was terrible. It was delivered damaged, so I had to get a replacement. But one of the pedals keeps falling off. I didn't realise the warranty was so short, otherwise I'd have had it replaced straight away. It's completely unusable. Please, don't waste your money on this product. It's hopelessly bad.”
