Work on improving the tone and strength of your abs with this easy to assemble, Exceed Sit Up Bench. The decline angle of the bench provides additional resistance during sit ups when compared to a flat surface. While it's extra effective, the comfortable pads keep your feet and legs locked into the correct position for maximised comfort.
