Versatile and innovative this 2-in-1 Exceed Combo Flat and Sit Up Bench is a must have for your daily work out. Work on improving the tone and strength of your abs, you can sculpt your core abdominal muscles and have the flat stomach you always wanted with a little hard work and healthy eating.
Transform the bench into the declined angle, it will provide additional resistance to a sit up compared to that on a flat surface, while the comfortable pads keep your feet and legs in the correct locked position. The foam pads will provide some added comfort and support to your legs while the padded cushion provides support for your back.
A sturdy powder coated steel frame with non-slip plates will protect you and your floor. This space saving design will make the perfect addition to your gym!
