The Eurolab Mini Cup Cake Maker will have you churning out those cute mini cakes faster than the family can devour them. Cooking up to 7 cupcakes at a a time, this handy appliance measures 22.5cm (L) x 13.6cm (H) 26.3cm (D) and weighs a tiny 1.3kg. It's made of sturdy aluminium and features non-stick coating plates for easy baking and cool touch housing.
Try these... Double Chocolate Mini Cupcakes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup finely chopped chocolate
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 t vanilla
Pre-heat the appliance. Sift flour, baking powder, suger and cocoa into a bowl. Add chocolate and walnuts into the mix and stir. Pour in the butter, milk, egg and vanilla and stir until combined. Spoon into cupcake maker and close the lid. Cook until golden brown and springy to touch.
