With a selectable heat range between 115* and 190* there is a setting to suit each type of food from vegetables or fish to chicken and chips.
Cleaning is easy with non stick materials and a removable lid. For safety and convenience there is even a window on the lid so you can keep a close eye on what you're frying! Included is a large deep frying basket.
