I must say though that the coffee is great although only one of the two supplied filters works. What has really impressed me is the frother it is excellent and my advice is remove the cover to heat the milk then slip the cover back on tho finish the froth which in my in my opinion rates very highly in frother performance probably 8/10 for frothing. Espresso is also very good probably a 7/10 the machine is good and quick to heat if u press both the on and the steam buttons which will heat the water much quicker. Very good for the price being a semi auto.”

Darren from Weston, ACT says, “Quite dissappointing really which is a shame because I thought the original (manual) Eurolab machine was good. This is NOT an automatic coffee machine, even the package it came in said that. An automatic machine will at the touch of a button grind and dispense coffee, then empty the grindings into a catchment. This one requires you pull levers, insert and retrieve attachments, then manually empty the container each time you want a coffee.”

Dave from NSW says, “Good machine for the money. Works well.Good for making a couple of cups, but otherwise can take too long. Coffee tastes great, full favoured. I use thick glasses (like at a cafe) to make coffee in, add milk, then froth the lot in the glass. It ends up like a latte? but the steam also heats up the coffee, and the glass. Very nice, and stays hot for a long time.”

Linda from Mount Gambier, SA says, “We purchased one of these coffee machines after our other Eurolab coffee machines boiler went. 6 months so no warranty. This one has coffee pods and not sure what they both are and how you use them, ie has screws in the bottom etc. Is there anyone who can help that has one. the instructions are difficult to follow, and deals direct can not advise. If someone can advise what to do with these that would be great. cheers LInda”

Pros: cheap, no mess( I always manage to spill coffee when I go from grinder to machine but this grinds directly into filter), makes a good cup of coffee, quick, easy to clean, frother works very well. Cons: semi-automatic - you still have to empty grounds, watch the lights and press buttons at the right time; coffee is not very hot so have to make sure that cups are as warm as possible, no place for cups to get warm, have to be careful not to get too much coffee into filter otherwise cannot pull handle down. Overall: best coffee machine we have bought, very happy.”

mitchell from mawson, ACT says, “Took delivery on Thursday after waiting for a week which I found strange as other things I have ordered only took a couple of days. Brewed our first cup on Saturday and was very impressed with the quality and the ease of use. It did take a little while to brew the first cup as the water has to be pumped through the machine, and the instructions are not very clear. With a little guess work it is working very well. Time will tell I guess, but for $150.00 - so far so good!”
