I think it's also suitable for those at the beginner/intermediate fitness level but still provides a great workout none the less. Like others, I was missing a couple of washer which weren't necessary. But I also had to swap the handle bars around the other way as it was awkward if I put it together the way it was labelled. I do wish it had a water bottle holder and something to place your ipod on.”

Don't know how accurate the calorie counter is though, it said I only did 80 calories for a 27-minute workout (6.5km @ 20km/hr, 92kg). May just be the resistance being too low. Other than that, very happy.”

BUT for $100 (when I got it!) it is a strong sturdy machine (around 25kg) that delivers a good workout for low-intermediate fitness levels. Higher end folks should possibly skip it, but if you're after home fitness (beats 30 min walks outside in winter) then its a good product.”

Structural wise the machine does feel pretty solid although as you alternate the side your driving, that side squeaks a-little. Assembly was simple although as previously mentioned before there are missing washers. I continued assembling as in the end it doesn't really affect the function of the machine. Good unit for a good price!”

Wonderful, smooth action, no noise, attractive looking piece of equipment - I'm not embarrassed about visitors seeing it on my patio. Works as it should in forward and reverse action. Whisper quiet sound of front wheel turning. Just make sure you have a helper to put the entire thing together - last 2 assembly steps require the foot bars to be held at a certain height whilst they are screwed in place and it must also line up with the crossbeam bolt infront of the digital monitor at the same time. Tricky to do on your own. That aside, EXCELLENT product. Very glad I bought it. Already feeling the burn and strengthening of muscles.”

The saga that ensued after Tuesday is related only to TNT Express (wrong consignment note, re delivery was a complete shambles) - it would seem that the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing!! So TNT Express need to get their act together. But all the same, the bike is great and my friends seem to think they might get one also!!! Easy to assemble and can feel it getting my heart and legs pumping!!”

As with many other customers that have left reviews I too didn't get the washers mentioned in the manual, however different nuts (nyloc nuts) are provided therefore there's no need for the washers anyway. Provided I keep enthused and use it, it will be great value for money when compared with others on the market. A great buy!”
