Its been accurate and reliable so far. (I have a B/P condition and its been spot on with its measurements) Its important to remember not to leave it in direct sunlight (including in the car!) Day and night read differently and choosing the same time each day to start off a log book to gauge what is the 'normal reading' for you on this machine is a great idea. The readings given by this machine were alarmingly high and as a result I went to the Dr to get it checked out. Turns out this machine was wrong. Deals direct replaced it with no fuss - unfortunately the replacement machine gave incorrect readings also. Cannot fault deals direct as they have offered a full refund (including delivery)and will take it up with the supplier.”
