- You can purchase a DealsDirect gift voucher just like any other product on our website. Your Gift Voucher will be delivered via e-mail for your convenience.
- When a gift voucher is successfully redeemed the dollar amount of the voucher will be automatically credited onto your DealsDirect account for use on your next purchase.
- Upon use of your gift voucher, if your order is to a value higher than the value of your voucher, you will need to pay the balance by another payment method.
- If your order is to a value less that your Gift Voucher value the balance will remain on your account for redemption at a later date.
- Upon purchase your giftvoucher will be dispatched on the same working day when ordered, or thefollowing working day if ordered Friday through to Sunday.

- If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products (excludes earrings, CDs, DVDs, computer games and console games). Please note store credit does not include delivery costs.
- If your item arrives damaged or “dead on arrival”, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
- If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.
- We offer our own 12 month warranty against defects on all new electrical, petrol operated or motorised products. For warranty details see our Terms and Conditions
- Visit our easy to use self-service Returns Centre to file a claim or contact our friendly Customer Service staff at the Help Centre for further assistance.
- Statutory consumer guarantees also apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery
- 95% of items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (BPAY may take longer).
- Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or courier delivery times apply (see map).
- All items are sent via Australia Post eParcel service, regular Australia Post or courier.
- All products are covered by full transit insurance.
