Contacted Deals Direct who said to contact Creative, who then said to contact Deals Direct. After using the Self service warranty on this website, found that this product can not be sent back with the self service warranty. After a third phone call to creative,, finally sending the player back today. Very disappointed considering past creative products i have had have been flawless and their service is usually 100%.”

The device itself is awesome & I highly recommend it. No need to worry about it being reconfigured, you can't tell the difference. The only bad thing i wood say is dat it duznt have a wall charger & the earphones it comes with are pretty cheap its better if you get your own ones.”

Also easy to use, sound is great and it plays my DivX and XviD without any hassle. Only thing I find is the control is very sensitive but I will get used to that. I set it to less sensitive but still. The software, ZEN Vision:M Series Media Explorer, is easy to use.”

Cara from Hackham, SA says, “i'm so happy with my zen vision:m!! dealsdirect are so fab - my zen arrived in excellent condition just a week after i ordered it, and the follow-up customer service was beyond compare. but back to my zen :) the sound and picture quality are terrific; the radio is a neat addition; and i really like having easy access to my photos! on the downside, the scroll pad takes some getting used to, i'm really not keen on the docking "dongle" attachment, and it's hard to find accessories to go with it. on the whole, though, my zen is my new best friend!!”
