0 “What you pay for is what you get!!Functional but not easy to use as the tread is quite short in length and easy to walk off the back.Also the tread tends to move from left to right and can get stuck.....you need to stop to adjust. I will say that it is very portable.......easy to put together and once you get used to it certainly gives you a good workout!! Mode three requires some light jogging,although it states you should not run on it!!I worked up a good sweat and heartbeat...........so it does work. Better than wasting alot of money on an expensive treadmill that you may not end up using.”

0 “It is a very compact item indeed. It's power seems to be fine on the workout modes but the problem is in the size of the belt. I'm 5'3' and I'm walking off the end here! I feel like I can't workout properly because I'm worried about my stride on the damn thing.”
