2 “fast delivery. pretty easy to assemble although the instructions didnt match the model exactly, you get the idea of how to put it together. Theres a squeak in the left pedal that needs some wd40, and the pedals feel slightly flimsy, but at the same time they are solid. It gets the heart rate up pretty fast and is a pretty good work out. Once the squeaking stops i'll be on it more so as overall it is good for the money, a simple workout yet effective.”

1 “Its an ok machine but it does have a few problems like pedals rub against fittings and average quality. like someone else has said & also as said before it is feels a bit flimsy etc...also the lever to make it harder doesnt work at all & just gets in the way ALL the time. But you can still work out with it so its ok.”

Did take awhile to put together though, but hey, it's all good and worth it in the end. 3 days and I have lost weight by using this, really gets the heart pumping and gee, does your legs a good workout as well. I would give more stars if I could, as I bought this when it was on special for just $69.00. Extreme Bargin considering the price of the one advertising on TV presently, eg, $250.”
