Anne from Blackburn, VIC says, “The first urn that was sent to me worked well in the heating function but the dispenser only trickled the water out....very frustrating. The replacement for this problem did not appear to be much better. However, after a week, it has improved its function. Initially it would not release any water at all at full function but now does. It is still rather slow in dispensing which is very annoying when you are trying to get multiple cups of tea prepared - I have thought that the old kettle might be quicker for three or four cups as the time saved by having instant water is lost by this slow dispensing....however, I am now multi tasking while it trickles out into the cup....maybe it will continue to improve - fingers crossed. I was grateful that Dealsdirect replaced the first one and did so very quickly.”
