Wolf Blass Wines, established in the Barossa Valley in 1966, has grown from a humble tin shed to become one of the world's most successful and awarded wineries. Winemakers Comments

Colour - Pale straw with a green hue.

Nose - The nose shows fresh citrus and melon with subtle, integrated spicy oak.

Palate - Soft and approachable with generous peach and grapefruit character on the palate, the fruit is supported with finely integrated French oak, finishing clean with generous length.

Vintage Conditions - Vintage started slightly earlier than average and proceeded exceptionally well with mild and dry ripening conditions and cool nights. Healthy vines and below average crops meant that the grapes ripened very quickly and evenly, with strong varietal definition and character.

Maturation - Parcels of this wine were matured with French oak to add complexity to the wine's fresh fruit focus.

Peak Drinking - This wine is made to be enjoyed within 1 - 2 years of vintage.
