6x Nine Below Rose 2009

The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity. Then crushed and de-stemmed to static fermenters or rotary fermenters. Shiraz fermented on skins to 9 Baume with regulated temperature for optimum extraction. They were pressed to settling tanks then racked off gross lees and Centrifuged, cold stabilised and filtered. Storage in stainless steel then red and white components blended.

Tasting Notes - The Nine Below Rose is vibrant cherry red in colour with tropical fruit salad with cherry and dark berry fruit aromas. The palate exhibits notes of light raspberry and tropical fruit juice.
