[ yellow tail ] Cabernet Sauvignon has a vibrant, deep purple colour leading to lifted blackberry, dark chocolate aromas with hints of mint and vanilla. The wine is full-bodied showing generous, berry fruit characters with spicy notes. The palate has good length and well structured with toasty oak and soft velvety tannins prominent on the finish.
Cellaring Potential
This wine was designed for immediate consumption, but with correct cellaring may be enjoyed for up to four years.
Suggested Food
Ideal with most red meat dishes. Try with roast lamb, barbecue meats, casseroles and cold meats.
