Sauvignon Blanc is Australia’s favourite white wine style of the moment, however most of what we consume comes from across the ditch. Wild Oats used premier Western Australian grapes to produce this distinctive varietal sauvignon driven and will appeal to the most discerning savvy drinker. Wild Oats Western Australia Sauvignon Blanc displays succulent juicy fruits in a refreshing, vibrant wine.

Winemaking notes:
Individual parcels were harvested and pressed off skins quickly then fermented cool to retain freshness and aromatic purity. The three region blend is deliberate, with each component adding its own character to the blend: Pemberton for structure and fresh aromatics, Frankland for purity and Margaret River for riper tropical notes.
