This case lot of 6 x Wild Oats Cabernet Merlot is a bright, vibrant style of red wine with lifted herbal and blackcurrant flavours. The aim with this blend was to produce a wine with both structure and personality. Whilst matured in predominantly French oak, the wood character does not dominate, allowing the cabernet’s blackcurrant and mulberry fruit to stand to the fore. Will age if you wish but drinks very well right now.
