6x Lindeman's Bin 90 Moscato 2011

Lindeman's Bin Series is a testament to Henry Lindeman's vision in 1843, to produce carefully crafted wines from the premium vineyards of South Eastern Australia. Bin 90 combines refreshing citrus flavours with a vibrant finish.

'Bin Series' wines are named after the traditional wine cellar where our finest wines were allocated a unique 'bin number' after each vintage to ensure consistent quality. Enjoy this Bin 90 Moscato on its own or with mild cheese, fresh fruit, pistachios or light desserts.

Grape Variety - Gordo.

Maturation - This wine was matured in stainless steel.

Vintage Conditions - A very cool spring was followed by a cool wet summer across much of South Eastern Australia, delaying vintage by up to 3 weeks in most regions, extending ripening and providing good natural acidity. Wet conditions in summer and into the ripening period resulted in increased disease pressures but early ripening varieties picked before significant rain show good flavour development. Late season fruit was also able to
ripen well in warm, dry conditions through April and May.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour - Light straw with youthful green tinges.
  
• Nose - Lifted aromas of citrus, musk and freshly cut grapes.
  
• Palate - Lively and vibrant with musk and tropical notes which fill the mouth and linger.
