It's really a fun workout for all ages, shapes and sizes. The Duragym 36-inch mini trampoline provides easy fun and exercise. It's constructed with sturdy legs, a PVC cover, foam, and polyethylene mesh.
This trampoline allows healthy, progressive exercise in the comfort of your home, office or gym. Utilising body weight, gravity and thrust this form of exercising modifies your body weight and takes the body through periods of weightlessness. By adding dumbbells or weights to your routine, you can progress to a more complete cardiovascular workout.
