A bit tricky to use

As others have said, the buttons are quite unresponsive. Takes about 5 s to respond to you pressing them. That said, the speaker is amazing for such a little unit, so if you just want to use it for one thing (i.e. listening to the radio) and you aren't changing things all the time it's ok. SOmetimes it spontaneously turns on by itself and wakes me up during the night so turn the volume down when you go to bed.

For anyone looking for a stand alone MP3 alarm.

This MP3 radio alarm clock is OK for anyone who does not use a mobile phone or own an ipod. It is difficult to find an MP3 alarm clock that has it's own MP3 source. All other units I looked at need to have an ipod connected to a dock for them to work. This unit has its own internal memory, or you can plug in an SD card with your favorite music on it. The sound quality is quite amazing! It hard to believe the sound is coming out of such a small box.
I found the buttons to be very unresponsive and frustrating. I also had trouble with other remotes causing it to activate. The snooze function which is mentioned on the advert and briefly in the instruction sheet does not exist. Hitting any button on the unit after the alarm has gone off will simply shut off the music. If you go back to sleep, you'll be very late.
