Tasting Notes - Circular Bay Chardonnay is a light straw in colour, displaying ripe stonefruit and toast oak aromas. A fresh palate of buttery ferment characters, creamy yeast and vanillan oak, finishing long, soft and well rounded.
Food Accompaniments - Atlantic salmon with asparagus, parsley and pine nuts or Barbequed pork and green apple salad.
