For over 150 years, our family has been making wine at the base of the Brokenback Range. We owe a lot to these mysterious rolling hills as they watch over us, protecting us from the extreme weather conditions that can often prevail.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel potter tanks and pumped over four times daily to extract flavour and colour, this shiraz was then matured in large oak casks for a period of eight to twelve months.
Tasting Notes: A rich complex shiraz, which combines elegance and spicy characters. Medium bodied with balanced tannins on the finish.
Serving Suggestions: An ideal accompaniment to grilled and roasted dishes or spicy pasta dishes.
