For over 150 years, our family has been making wine at the base of the Brokenback Range. We owe a lot to these mysterious rolling hills as they watch over us, protecting us from the extreme weather conditions that can often prevail.

Vinification: This popular blend is sourced from two regions, the Hunter Valley in New South Wales and the south west corner of Western Australia. Both parcels were crushed in their respective regions before the Sauvignon Blanc was brought to the Hunter Valley where both wines were fermented separately. Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vessels using aromatic yeasts to maximize the grape’s fragrant qualities, the wine was quickly filtered and blended to retain its fresh sherbet fruit flavours.

Tasting Notes: A lively, fresh wine characterised by the lifted aromas of the sauvignon blanc, with clean lemon citrus semillon flavours on the palate.

Serving Suggestions: An ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
