This wine has been produced from Margaret River single estate grown Cabernet. It was matured in French oak barrels and exhibits flavours reminiscent of ripe blackcurrant, cherry and liquorice. With lovely aromas, intense colour and soft tannins this is a wine suitable to enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.
Tasting Notes - Shadowlands Margaret River Shiraz 2008: The beauty of afternoon shadows in the vineyard is captured in every bottle. This wine has been produced from Margaret River single estate grown Shiraz. It was matured in French oak barrels which has added to the character of this wine, with flavours reminiscent of blackberry, plum and nutmeg. This elegant Shiraz is suitable to enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.

This wine has been produced from Margaret River grown premium Chardonnay vines. A delightful wine with pineapple and sweet lemon aromas followed by tight fruit salad flavours. There is a richness and depth to the wine that is perfectly balanced by a tangy citrus acidity
Tasting Notes - Shadowlands WA Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2008:The beauty of afternoon shadows in the vineyard is captured in every bottle. This wine has been produced from hand selected parcels of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc fruit from across southern Western Australia. A superb wine with classic citrus characters, and aromas of passionfruit and figs. The palate is zesty, fresh and has a lingering fruity finish.
