Tasting Notes:
The colour is a bright very pale Lemon. The nose is subtly aromatic with fresh citrus and gooseberry, nettles and subtle grassy notes. The palate is dry, crisp and light bodied with lime, grapefuit and gooseberry a clean mineral character runs through the wine, it finishes with crisp acidity which leaves the palate fresh and ready for another sip.
