Tasting Notes

De Bortoli Sacred Hill Sparkling Brut - A very refreshing, easy drinking sparkling style wine, with fresh fruit flavours and a delicate, creamy mouthfeel, finishing with crisp acidity. Vintage conditions: A non vintage blend. Fruit is selected on flavour profile and blended to create a wine of distinction. 11.0%

Oxford - Pale golden straw with vibrant green hues, the 2010 Oxford Landing Chardonnay displays lifted aromas of fresh peaches, citrus and honeydew melon with an underlying hint of nougat and nutmeg and cinnamon spice. 13%

Rumours- Displaying rich palate with lovely berry fruit and wood flavours fused with choc-mint and backed by an excellent tannin structure, this wine is the ideal accompaniment to red meat dishes. 13%

Lawsons Drive Shiraz 2009 - This wine was produced from estate grown grapes in South Eastern Australia. It has superb colour and flavoursome palate. This classic variety will enhance the enjoyment of spicy red meat, game and cheeses. 14%

Lindemans Bin 90 Moscato - Light straw with youthful green tinges, this moscato has lifted aromas of citrus, musk and freshly cut grapes. The palate is lively and vibrant with musk and tropical notes which fill the mouth and linger.
