By sourcing fruit from a number of regions, LINDEMANS winemakers have been able to craft wines that are consistently of outstanding quality regardless of varying vintage conditions.

Grape Variety - Lindemans Premier Selection is made from aromatic variaties suitable for sparkling production.

Maturation - Base wines were fermented in stainless-steel to maintain varietal purity.

Vintage Conditions - Lindemans Premier Selection Brut Cuvee is a non-vintage sparkling wine to ensure consistency with each release.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour - Delicate, pale straw with a persistent bead and fine mousse.
  
• Nose - Reveals lifted strawberry, citrus and a subtle creaminess- fresh, clean and inviting.
  
• Palate - A finely structured sparkling wine with an elegant texture, showing a balance of strawberry and citrus fruit with a refreshing, lively acidity. The finish is dry with soft, lingering flavours.
