Cravens Creek is a gentle stream that cuts a path through our home block vineyard where the grapes for this single-vineyard sauvignon Blanc are grown.

Vinification

Cool fermentation and a combination of traditional and innovative techniques helped to retain all the fruits freshness and vibrancy. A riper component of grapes were handpicked separately, then fermented using wild yeasts (in seasoned French barriques) allowing the wine to develop to its natural potential, the result a more complex and richly textured wine.

Tasting Notes

Herbal notes of capsicum, passion fruit and ripe gooseberry are balanced on the palate with tropical nuances of melon, rich concentration and with a lingering finish.
