Change of mind does not apply to refurbished items, underwear, swimwear, earrings, personalised products, CDs/DVDs, computer/console games or if specifically noted as excluded on the product listing.
• If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
• If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy in accordance with consumer guarantees.

Delivery

• 95% of items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (BPAY may take longer).
• Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or courier delivery times apply (see map).
• All items are sent via Australia Post eParcel service, regular Australia Post or courier.
